Drop the capitals
Most people won't find this important, but as of 1st January 2012, the Scout Association has adopted a new design guide.
The biggest change seems to be that capitals are no longer used for things like beavers, cubs, scouts, explorers, network, groups, colonies, packs, troop, units, leaders, district commissioners, assistant district commissioners etc
Please try to avoid the use of capitals for these terms from now on.
