Panto time again

Well its that time of year again, I hope you all enjoyed the Aladdin Panto last year at the William Aston Hall. We had over 600 Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, Leaders and parents. Thanks for your great support. If you didn't come you missed a great show, lets try get every Group in the Area this year?
This year Tim Vincents Productions will be doing Cinderella at the William Aston Hall. This will be another excellent family production for us all to enjoy; the cast has not been picked yet but I am sure it will be a great cast like last year and the kids favourite from last year Matt (Wishy Washy) will be back by popular demand.
I have booked us in for Sunday 11th December the time to be confirmed but it will be around 2pm again. Tim has said he will hold all the tickets for this show for us, but I will need you to contact me to let me know if your group are coming and approx numbers so I can plan ahead, this is a big task to organise so PLEASE get in touch ASAP to make it easier to sort out. Also points of contacts for each group just in case its changed from last year.
I have spoken to Tim and he has said that we can have the same deal as last year that's £7 per child that includes Explorers and £10 for adults and Leaders. He also said that for every 10 tickets sold from your Group he will give 1 free adult ticket free.
He also said that the cast will come out and meet the Scouts at the end of the show for photos etc like last year.
Please can you pass this on to all of your Leaders from each section from your Group, also to any other Leaders from other Groups.
